It was a good experience as part of visiting Azumino. We had a light lunch there; their food is more western/Italian/Swiss cooked with a variety of cheeses. All lunch orders include a few small salads and a bite of cold pasta. I ordered cheese curry rice and it tasted okay. The cheese sandwich (a new item on their lunch menu) was delicious. The owners were friendly and the food was served quickly. The negative side is that there is no public transportation to this place/area. I guess this place mainly serves those who drive to this mountain side staying in one of the resort hotels. In addition, I wish they would prepare an English menu for foreign visitors.
